House of 1,256 square meters with a 20 acres of land next to the ocean on the east coast of the United States was sold for a record price of $ 120 million. The Cooper Beach farm property in Greenwich, in the state of Connecticut, has reached so far the highest price for that type of property in the US. The house, built in 1898 in the French Renaissance style, consists of 12 bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a ten fireplaces, a library, a solarium, a wine cellar and the wing of the house for staff.
