$200,000 Monthly to Rent Martin Lawrence’s Beverly Hills House

After filling paper for divorce from his wife Shamicka Gibbs in April, Martin Lawrence is separated from one more thing – his Beverly Hills home. The actor of Big Momma’s House, producer, director, comedian and all-rounder Lawrence lists his 13,900 square feet mansion for a staggering $200,000 monthly.

Built in 1992, massive and lavish Beverly Hills home sits on 2.24 gated acres and features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, a giant pool and spa, which comes alongside a cabana and outside kitchen as well as sunken tennis court and “perfectly manicured” landscaped grounds.

This luxury estate in French contemporary style can boasts with grand marble entry along with impressive stained glass skylights by artist Salvatore Pollizzi. The home also features living room, dining room, grand family room, game room, and kitchen. It also offers plenty of extras, such as a wine room, movie theater with concessions stand, 1000-square-feet gym and two downstairs staff quarters.

Beside this luxury Beverly Hills mansion, Lawrence also owns a property in Toluca Lake, which he bought in 1992, and a home in Virginia he bought in 2005.

The listing is held by Connie Blankenship of Hilton and Hyland.
