Jaguar XKR Coupe The 2011 Jaguar XKR will receive optional performance and styling packs called the Speed Pack and the Black Pack. As expected, the 2011 Jaguar XKR Speed Black Pack is powered by the same supercharged 5.0-litre V8 engine delivering 510PS and 625Nm of torque. This XKR delivers a significantly raised maximum speed – up to 174mph from 155mph – and bold styling changes that create an evocative and unique supercharged Jaguar. The XKR Special Edition combines a number of new features and option packs that are introduced to the XK range at 2011 Model Year. Jaguar customers have the option to personalise their vehicle by building on the existing XKR package to deliver a car that offers even greater performance without sacrificing the refinement and luxury for which every Jaguar is renowned.

Jaguar XKR Speed Pack

This Jaguar XKR does what it says on the tin, unleashing the potential of the 503bhp/461lb ft supercharged V8 for a £3500 supplement. Top speed is raised from 155mph to 174mph, after some ECU tweaking – and even that top whack is limited. The Jaguar XKR Speed Pack includes a new front splitter and larger rear spoiler to counter lift, while the active diff is retuned to boost stability on those 20in alloys. Jaguar XKR Black Pack

The Black Pack is a styling kit available only on Speed Pack-specced XKRs and adds a further £500 to the bill. No prizes for guessing what this one’s about: it’s all about stealth black, making it perfect for drugs dealers or goths. All XKRs ordered with the Black Pack come with wheels painted black gloss, with a similar dark hue on the window chrome, grille, spoilers and charcoal leather inside. All very moody.
