Yes, the remarkable watchmaker has finally reached the point where it will have made one million watches since its establishment in 1874. All the 20 pieces in the limited edition has been produced in keeping with the brand’s rich watchmaking heritage.

From the workshop set up by Georges Edouard Piaget in La Cote-aux-Fees in 1874, to the contemporary international luxury brand, Piaget has successfully developed its dual watchmaking and jewellery-making skills over the past century and a half. Now firmly established in two sites: La Cote-aux-Fees in the Neuchatel Jura region and Plan-les-Ouates in Canton Geneva, each of which has specialised in one of these areas.
This exceptional model embodying the best of two worlds – haute horology and haute jewelry – celebrates the production of the one millionth Piaget timepiece.
The 18kt white gold case is set with 314 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx 2.5 carats), 60 baguette-cut diamonds (approx 5 carats). The dial is set with 263 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx 1.2 carats), guilloche and satin-brushed counters, applied 18kt white gold hour-markers, case-back fitted with sapphire crystal revealing the movement. The crown is set with 12 baguette-cut diamonds (approx 0.4 carat).
The Manufacture Piaget 856P automatic perpetual calendar caliber has 38 jewels, 21,600 vph and a power reserve of 72 hours. The rotor is set with 25 brilliant-cut diamonds (approx 0.2 carat). The mainplate and bridges are circular-grained and bevelled, the flanks are hand-drawn, and the decoration is enhanced with blued screws and circular Côtes de Geneve. The in-house designed and developed caliber is crafted and assembled in the brand’s La Cote-aux-Fees atelier.
