Les Ateliers Ruby unveils their striking new Spring/Summer ’12 collection. This newest collection, which is actually the seventh collection in a row, has retro inspiration but modern design. Ruby is famous French brand, launched by designer Jerome Coste, who obsessed with motorcycle safety accessories.
All helmets are made in best carbon fiber using inherited aerospace technology, to ensure maximum strenght, accompanied by lightweight. The interiors are lined with nappa lambskin that gives you the feel of vintage luxury cars. Inspired by four travel journey, this 7th collection include 16 different helmets.
“Corniche Caribbean” with colors: green lagoon (Turenne), red hibiscus (Mazarine), indigo (Folie Mericourt), gray sand (Paradise).
“Pastels” with colors: baby blue (Belvedere Pavilion and Francis), blue / green water (Tuileries) and straw (Castiglione), the latter two being re-supplied by a haussées galvanized fittings Gold 1 micron .
“Apollo” with colors: blue atmosphere (Alcyone), silver (Belvedere Pavilion and Vega), Dark varnished carbon fiber mirror (Atlas).
“Trident” with metallic colors: the history, the names correspond to the dry lakes of the Los Angeles suburb that hosted in the 50’s, early speed challenges in Hot Rods: El Mirage, Muroc, Harper and Rosamond.
This new 7th collection was launched on the 10th of July and it has become available at all their official dealers for about $900 each helmet.
