Weighing in at a hefty 407.48 carats, this world’s largest internally flawless diamond found in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 1980 with a rough weight of 890 carats is housed in the 18k rose gold necklace accompanied by 637 carats of white diamonds.
The one-of-a-kind deep yellow diamond was first made public in its polished state in 1984. It was then put on display in several museums, with the first being the Smithsonian Institute in Washington DC.
