Leica X2 “The Paper Skin” – Special Fedrigoni Limited Edition

The latest brand which collaborated on a Leica camera is Italian paper manufacturer Fedrigoni. New X2 limited edition from Leica features Fedrigoni’s “Constellation Jade” paper instead of the the traditional leather band. “The Paper Skin” edition is surrounded by 15 design quality papers. Vigorously tested, the textured white paper survived a 16-step process including fast and slow temperature changes from -40 ° to +70 ° C , acetone – order as well as 400 abrasion intervals.

The paper achieved excellent test results in abrasion and acetone resistance and was in this respect succesful as some of the most renowned leathers in the world.

Also, this special camera comes in book-style packaging. The Leica X2 “The Paper Skin” was produced in a limited edition of only 25 pieces!
