The grand Carhart Mansion was designed in the year 1913 by Horace Trumbauer, a renowned architect of those times. In 1974, the condo was designated as a New York City landmark and one of the finest examples of 18th Century French Classicism in the city. Approximately a decade ago, the mansion was converted into four lavish residences that bring together rich historical elegance and modern finishes.
