The main house was built in the early 1990s by John Rosatti, a Brooklyn car dealership king and serial entrepreneur with reputed ties to the mob. The 10 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms mansion also includes a 1,000-square-foot pool and spa, an outdoor pavilion that seats 40 people, a very special circular meditation room, a Lalique fireplace surround, iIndoor parking for seven cars, as well as 30,000 square feet of outdoor planted walkways and gardens.

Anisimova purchased the property for $3.7 million in 1996 and spent $30 million transforming it into what it is today.
