The actor, best known for his role as the neurotic agent Ari Gold on “Entourage”, purchased the three-story Bachelor pad in 2004 for $3.5 million, but you can rent it now for only $35,000/month, in case it’s leased for the entire summer. Otherwise, the three-bedroom, five-bathroom home is more accurately priced at $27,500 for the month of May and $50,000 per month for June, July, August and September.
