British successor and starlet, Petra Ecclestone, was only twenty-two years old when she paid $85 million in 2011 for an incredible villa of 5,600 square meters in Beverly Hills, built by famous producer Aaron Spelling.
After trying to sell this property at a price of $ 200 million in 2016 and $175 million last summer, this luxurious French-style castle is now back on the market, at a price that is still incredibly high – $160 million.

Following the death of the famous director in 2006, his wife, Candy, put up a $150 million property for sale, and remained on the market for two years, until Petra’s offer of $85 million arrived. After the purchase, Petra spent $20 million on renovations, hiring a small army of 500 workers.
Her redesign has certainly changed a number of unusual details that the villa was famous for, including multiple rooms for curling gifts, flower cuttings, a barbershop and a room dedicated to the Candy Spelling collection.

Petra added to this property a gym, a beauty salon with massage and solarium, a wine cellar with a tasting room, a two-bar bowl and a nightclub.
In the exterior, this property has enough space for a hundred cars, a tropical pool and spa, a tennis court and a magnificent formal garden.
