Alyssa Milano has listed her West Hollywood condominium for sale, asking $1.399 million. Her father Thomas Milano purchased the apartment for $975,000 in 2005, and transferred it to the beautiful actress in 2013.
The 2,252 square feet condo has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. It also features a formal entry, a great room, a den, and a walk-out balcony. Details through the condo include crown molding, plantation shutters, quartz counters in the kitchen and marble in the bathrooms.
The security Empire West building features concierge service, a rooftop club room, a swimming pool and tennis, with montly fees of $1,982.
The 42-year old actress had the apartment on and off the sales market since the spring of 2010, when it was listed for $999,000. It was later and repeatedly listed at $1.195 million and, since early 2011, Milano has repeatedly listed the condo for lease several times, first at $6,500 per month and later at $6,250.
