Magnificent Beverly Hills estate which was longtime home to “Gone With the Wind” actress Ann Rutherford can be purchased for $31.9 million.
Owned by Rutherford until her death in 2012, the 1938 French Revival-style residence le residence, was substantially expanded by the mortgage mogul Mark Cohen and his wife, Laurie who purchased the property known as the Rutherford House in 2013 for $7.55 million.

Now, 10,500-square-feet estate features ive bedrooms and eight full and two half bathrooms and embraces its timeless charm thanks to herringbone-pattern hardwood floors, antique marble fireplaces, French doors, bowed bay windows, and even 200-year-old Chinese wallpaper. Inspired by the Art Deco and Art Moderne periods in Paris, the mansion also features a collection of 1920s and 1930s Art Deco glass fixtures from praiseworthy European decorative artists.

In addition to an elegant master suite with private sitting room and dual closets and bathrooms, the residence offers three family bedrooms plus separate staff quarters. A large terrace along the back of the house overlooks the private, formally landscaped yard and a photogenic oval swimming pool backed by a pool house with al fresco bar flanked by a gym and bathroom.
