Anne Hathaway’s Waterfront Apartment in Brooklyn on Sale for $4.5 Million

Anne Hathaway has decided to sell her waterfront apartment in Brooklyn since she has never lived in it because it was too big for her and she felt too exposed. But this ninth-floor unit wasn’t completely untapped – the Oscar-winning actress used it as a storage spot for clothes while she and her husband live in anothersix thousand dollar-plus apartment in the Clocktower building, in Brooklyn’s Dumbo neighborhood. She bought this walk-in closet apartment in January 2013 for $4.1 million, and now is selling it for almost same price – $4.5 million.

Stunning apartment with views of Brooklyn bridge occupies 2,592 square feet of living space featured with three en-suite bedrooms and 3.5 marble bathrooms, high ceilings, hardwood floors, a home office as well as a roof deck, gym and 24-hour attended lobby. One of the most impressive details is an incredible viewf the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, all the way to the Empire State Building through 16 over-sized windows. Hathaway is currently looking for another apartment in Brooklyn.
