Apartment in Hong Kong was sold for a record €70.1 million and it is the most expensive apartment in the former British colony, and most likely in the whole of Asia. An unnamed buyer paid 131 thousand euros per square meter for the apartment in a residential area of Mid-Level on the island of Hong Kong, local media reported. The 532 square meter apartment is located on the 46th floor of the building and has a terrace of 163 square meters which offers a beautiful view of the harbor.
