Ashton Kutcher Buys Ultra Modern Hollywood Hills Home

Ashton Kutcher is constantly in the focus of the news media. Inscriptions about his divorce from Demi, and how he became 500th astronaut on Virgin Galactic, could be found in all media, whether dealing with Hollywood gossip, or not. Now, again, we report about him, more precisely on how Two and a Half Man star recently purchased luxury 9,385 square foot single-family home that sits high in the Hollywood Hills.

The house was built in 2006, and sits on just over half an acre of property. Located in the Hollywood Hills, this ultra-modern house has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. The mostly-glass mansion exudes luxury, and boasts an open floor plan with high ceilings, walls of glass, stunning views, an infinity pool, private movie theater, a dedicated bar area, a two-person soaking tub in the bathroom, a private gym and a massage room.

Kutcher actually well acquainted the house, because he has already stayed in it. People magazine reports that he had actually been renting the L.A. property as he was finalizing his divorce from Demi Moore.

The mansion was originally listed for $12 million and later scaled down to $10.8 million. But according to People, the final selling price of the home has not been confirmed, but it was listed at $3.6 million. So, now I’m confused! It is a big price difference.
