A year after the launch of the regular Audi R8 V10 Spyder arrives extreme, Plus version. Like coupe version – R8 V10 Plus, version with the folding soft top uses atmospheric 5.2 V10 with 610hp (449 kW) and 560 Nm of torque.
That’s 70hp more than “ordinary” Audi R8 V10 Spyder. When it comes to performance, Plus variant from 0 to 100 km/h accelerates in 3.3 s, which is 0.3 s shorter time compared with regular Spyder.
And top speed is higher for 10 km/h, and is 328 km/h.
Audi R8 V10 Plus
Performance is naturally improved primarily due to a stronger engine, but also due to the reduction of weight.
Audi’s engineers were able to achieve a saving of 25 kg compared to the normal R8 V10 Spyder – new model weighs 1,587 kg.
The price of this car in Germany starts from 207,500 euros, and the first deliveries are expected in late June.
