The two-story, sohpisticated residence measures 6,000 square feet and has 80-feet of frontage overlooking Central Park. There are six bedrooms in all, a capacious formal dining room fit for a 12-person dinner party, a designer eat-in kitchen and breakfast bar, a staff room and a library.
