Launched two years ago, Burberry Body was the most successful fragrance launch ever. Among 63 luxury brands, Burberry along with Ralph Lauren were the only two brands to receive genius rankings in the inaugural L2 Think Tank Digital IQ Index: Fragrance, lauding the labels’ social media, commerce sites, mobile efforts and search marketing. For the Christmas season, Burberry prepared the gold presentation of the warm and sensual Burberry Body eau de parfum for women.
Burberry Body Gold Limited Edition eau de parfum is a luxury chypre – fruity composition that begins with notes of peach, freesia and wormwood. Roses, iris and sandalwood are in the heart, leaning on the base of cashmerean, musk, amber and vanilla.
Limited edition fragrance comes in multi-faceted transparent glass flacon decorated with a gold and bronze patina for a glamorous and refined look. Priced at £55 ($90), it is available at select perfume retailers or at the Burberry online store.
