Château Saint-Elix on Sale for $38 Milion

Formerly owned by Madame de Montespan, the Mistress of King Louis XIV, the famous 16th century Château Saint-Elix near Toulouse has played a role in the rich French history ever since the year 1529.

Now it has been listed for sale for about $38 million by Christie’s International Real Estate. The castle, which has been totally renovated, now offers an interior space of 2880 sq.m. on five levels and is situated in a beautiful private park.
