Dubai is building a new skyscraper that will be 500 meters high, while its facade will be covered with digital displays …
Like New York, Dubai does not show signs of stopping or slowing down when it comes to their incredible panorama. If do not compete with the title of the highest building in the world or the smallest possible, Dubai definitely shifts the boundaries possible with its new project.

The latest addition to their panoramas is Burj Jumeira, a 550-meter-long tower that will emerge from the lake in the shape of a fingerprint of Emirates Emperor Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and will form the main decoration of the central part of the Jumeirah district.
The oval base of the skyscraper is designed to replicate the fingerprint of sheikh, and it will be surrounded by boutiques, fountains and other details. The new space will be the center of social, cultural and artistic events and activities in this emirate.
The skyscraper will emerge from one end of the lake, and it will consist of two rounded and interconnected buildings, modeled to fit the topography of the region, and designed with a facade that will be covered with digital screens.

The building will also include a heavenly lodge and restaurant at a height of 450 meters, several panoramic views of the city, offering skydiving and a flexible space for organizing an event to be named Crown.
“Burj Jumeria design is inspired by harmonious murmurs in desert sand, dunes and oases,” said the state-owned global investment holding company. The first phase of works on this skyscraper should be completed by 2023.
