Custom built in 2001, the nearly 20-acre gated estate includes magnificent 25,000 square-feet Mediterranean villa with seven principal bedrooms, three en suite staff bedrooms, 10 full and 12 half bathrooms, nine fireplaces, and an 11-car subterranean garage.
