Enrique Iglesias’ Former Miami House on Sale for $24.95 Million

Miami Beach, Fla., home, located on Sunset Island I, an exclusive community on Biscayne Bay, was formerly owned by pop-star Enrique Iglesias is listing for a whopping $24.95 million. The current owner, Marc Puleo, the founder of 1 800 Pet Meds, bought the property for $7.85 million in 2004. Built in 1937, the waterfront property sits on a roughly ½-acre lot and features approx 6,700-square-foot, Moroccan-inspired home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

A guesthouse has another bedroom and two bathrooms. Other amenities include a home theater, rooftop jacuzzi, and an onyx bar with LED lighting. There is a dock that can accommodate at least a 46-foot yacht.
