Frank G. Mancuso Jr., an American film producer and the son of the former Paramount Pictures president Frank Mancuso, Sr. decided to sell his Beverly Hills mansion, asking $24 million. He purchased the this magnificent property in 1989 for $1.7 million. The 3.5-acre property include nearly 14,000-square-foot Spanish-influenced mansion, custom-designed by renowned architect John Reed, who completed it in 2010, and separate guest quarters.

The main resicence features a total of eight bathrooms including four en suite bedrooms, while a separate guest quarters provides two more bedrooms.
There are an array of formal living and dining rooms, some with fireplace and vaulted exposed-beam ceiling, some with a dramatic, barrel-vaulted ceiling, as well as roomy family quarters that include a double-island kitchen with adjoining breakfast area and family room with massive carved-stone fireplace.

Other amenities include a long and gated driveway, front and rear motor courts and garage parking for five cars. For an entertainment, there is a soccer-field-sized lawn, well-tended gardens and, of course, a heated swimming pool and spa.
