Appropriately named Sinatra Beach House, with its 12 meter private beach in one of the most expensive parts of America, is now available for purchase. With an area of about 550 m2, the two-storey house has seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and an open concept design. Like other Malibu estates, this villa has a panoramic view of the ocean and the beach.
Sinatra remained remembered as a legendary entertainer, so it is logical that his home has all the necessary elements for organizing parties. Relax in the pool located in the indoor section of this home, surrounded by green trees. Sinatra and his wife regularly hosted their friends, including Jack Lemmon, Gregory Peck, and Dick Van Dyke, so we are sure that the new owners can go the same path, thanks to the abundance of options offered by this villa.
It also offers plenty of relaxation space. The magnificent master suite comes with his and her bathroom and wardrobe, hairdressing salon and sauna, while the luxury guest suite overlooks the swimming pool in the courtyard.
