Villa Maggio in the mountains above Palm Desert where Frank Sinatra lived during the 1970’s is listed for $3.95 million, down from $4.4 million. The lavish estate, designed by Ross Patten was named after Sinatra’s character in From Here To Eternity. The property on 7 1/2 acres near Pinyon Crest, includes three bed, six bathroom main house, three bed and five bath guest house, as well as its poolhouse which is equipped with two saunas.
