To clarify, if you want to feel like you’re going back to the Medieval period or living in a real-life “Game of Thrones,”, you have a chance, since the 5,500-square-foot home in Austin, Texas, is on the market for $2.285 million.

Four-bedroom, four-bathroom house in Shady Hallow, a secluded neighborhood in South Austin, features weathered stone walls and carved wood arches, custom oak cabinetry, and a formal living room with a traditional travertine fireplace and Onyx floor, according to the listing.
The property also comes complete with a 14th century stone cottage through the stone path outside the main residence, which has a dry stacked stone interior, crafted stained glass, ceiling paintings that tell a knight’s exemplary tale with a plethora of family crests and Gothic moldings atop a stained wood ceiling.

But, maybe the most impressive part of the property is the backyard. “The backyard is absolutely stunning and one of a kind.When you step into the garden, it feels like you are in the Renaissance era and it just takes your mind off everything,” said Stephanie Nick, the listing agent. In fact, the backyard won second place in a national backyard competition hosted by “Good Morning America” in 2012.
The property was listed by Sotheby’s International Realty last week.
