These extraordinary and exclusive spaces that embody the Southern California lifestyle consist of 34 units designed in a warm, contemporary style, featuring open floor plans that welcome high-style entertaining, and floor-to-ceiling windows and seven penthouses. Each of the seven fifth-floor penthouse residences includes their own private rooftop with approximate square footage of between 1,500 and 3,400 square feet of living space.

“432 Oakhurst was designed to appeal to affluent domestic and international buyers with superb taste and a desire to experience the exclusivity of Beverly Hills,” said Bob Etebar, Co-founder, Principal and Chief Operating Officer of ETCO Homes. “These homes give residents access to a lifestyle of the utmost appeal.”

All two and three bedroom residences offer exceptional custom interior appointments, finishes, and the highest quality of appliances. “We spared no detail in the amenities included in the homes at 432 Oakhurst,” said Afshin Etebar, Co-founder and President of ETCO Homes. “As builders who are based in Beverly Hills and have done extensive development work in the city, this project is especially important to us. We wanted to not only provide our buyers with exceptional living spaces, but also to impart a quality contribution to the city in which our business is based.”

Community amenities include a kitchen with refreshment center and espresso machine, doorman service, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a CCTV with surveillance in all common areas, including the parking area and access points.

Prices of the residences start from the high $1 millions with HOA fees at approximately $864 per month. The community is close to 50 percent sold, with first resident move-ins slated for fall.
