Historic El Rancho Tajiguas On Sale For $110 Million

El Rancho Tajiguas

A 3,500-acre ranch in southern California, also known as El Rancho Tajiguas, has just been listed for a jaw-dropping $110 million and thus could be a new record breaker in Santa Barbara’s future.
The property is linked to Mansour Ojjeh, a French-Saudi Arabian entrepreneur whose company is a major shareholder in British-based car maker McLaren and its Formula One racing team.

The secluded ranch on California’s rugged Gaviota Coast 25 miles west of Santa Barbara also comes with two sprawling Spanish-style villas — Villa Della Costa and Villa Del Mare. Each of the villas includes five bedrooms and an additional guest house, along with extra amenities such as wine cellars and helipads.
There are also as many as 20 additional structures on the property to house the ranch manager, staff and farming equipment, since the property operates as a for-profit ranch, farming avocado and persimmon. Roughly 120 cows are also included in the sale.
This property is co-listed by Randy Solakian and Deanna Solakian Williams of Coldwell Banker Global Luxury and Marco Naggar and Aaron Kirman of Compass.
