Fisher Brothers announced the lease launching of its latest project, House 39, a 36-story, 297-residence, LEED-certified glass tower in Murray Hill. The prominent 395-foot curved tower provides a curated offering of amenities, including an unparalleled Grand Lobby featuring a magnificent custom double helix staircase. Spacious, sleek, contemporary studio to three-bedroom homes have 9’ ceilings with floor-to-ceiling windows framing views of New York landmarks, such as the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building, and extend all the way to the East River.

The natural light-filled residences contain chef-style kitchens with breakfast bars, custom graphite oak cabinetry, ample storage and under cabinet task lighting, alongside premium, energy star, stainless steel appliances in addition to Grohe faucets with an adjustable neck and undermount stainless steel sink. Grey stained white oak flooring runs throughout the residences, which are complete with Bosch washers and dryers. Modern bathrooms feature contemporary high-gloss tile, and include Ceasarstone vanity tops, Grohe faucets and accessories, Kohler fixtures, rain showerheads and mirrored medicine cabinets.
