In 2010, Hublot opened its first boutique in United States – in Bal Harbour in Miami. Now, three years later, World famous, Swiss watch maker expands its presence in the USA by opening its 10th boutique on the North American continent. Located at the prestigious Galleria Mall in the heart of Houston, Texas, new 50 square metres boutique is elegant concept developed entirely in-house at Hublot, but with a new combination of materials including silver brushed oak and wool for the floors, upholstered panels of silky fabric to cover the walls interspersed with details in black wood and chrome steel to highlight the windows.

To celebrate this new boutique and the presence of the Scuderia in Texas, Hublot presents an exclusive edition: the Big Bang Ferrari Texas. More stylish, more mechanical, the design of this watch is in navy blue, red and white, as seen on the state flag. The watch boasts 45.5mm black ceramic case alongside a satin-finished black ceramic bezel and bright blue accents on the likes of the inner bezel and sapphire dial as the Big Bang’s UNICO caliber is showcased. As for the dial, the legendary prancing horse is featured discreetly in relief at 9 o’clock. A minute counter is positioned at 3 o’clock (completed by a yellow date window), and the hand and the style of the indexes are inspired by the counters in a Ferrari, perfectly in line with the Italian manufacturer’s sport DNA whilst adhering to Hublot’s graphic codes.

Felipe Massa delivered the very first edition and signed the warranty certificate, who also cut the ribbon on the ceremony of the opening.
