Jason Statham just listed his Spanish-style villa in Hollywood Hills for $8,999 million. The British action star purchased Mediterranean-style compound back in 2011 from actor Ben Stiller for $7.35 million. The six-bedroom compound is incredibly romantic, maintaining that old world charm while still offering luxury conveniences such as a home theater and a beautiful gourmet kitchen.

According to Variety, there are half a dozen bedrooms and as many bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms, a den, library, office, screening room, gym/exercise room and a vintage-inspired center island kitchen fitted with every modern convenience. The gated and tropically landscaped grounds span more than half an acre and include a tree-shaded motor court, a detached two-car garage with additional living quarters above, a variety of verandas, terraces, and balconies, numerous colorfully tiled fountains and at least one exuberantly tiled outdoor fireplace and, set privately below the house, magnificent swimming pool.

Statham has been busy dealing with real estate these days. He scooped up a four-bedroom midcentury modern home in Hollywood Hills West for $2.7 million just a few weeks ago. Also, earlier this year, he splashed out a whopping $13 million for another modern abode in Beverly Hills with his girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whitely.
