The house originally went on the market for $29 million in 2008, but the “Friends” star purchased it at the beginning of 2012 for $20.97 million and spent pretty much millions on renovation. She has upgraded a backyard chicken coop and added a wooden deck and herb and vegetable garden. Magnificent 8,500 square-foot house, was designed in 1965 by A. Quincy Jones.

A multi-winged house sits on a prime 3.5 acre lot and comprises of four bedrooms and six full and one half bathroom.
