Jesse Tyler Ferguson is New Owner of Gwen Stefani’s Former Los Feliz Home

Gwen Stefani’s former Los Feliz home got its new owner. The Modern Family star, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his “better half”, Justin Mitika just purchased this romantic 1928 Spanish Colonial home, for the $4.55 million. One of the finest Mediterranean estates in Los Feliz wasn’t only Gwen Stefani’s former home, it was the home of That ’70s Show creator Mark Brazill who bought it from Stefani for $4,79 million.

According to the listing details, the 4,926-square-foot house with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths has been renovated with the utmost historical and architectural sensitivity by the current owners, while many original vintage details remain intact. With Moroccan-looking tiles throughout, as well as magnificent landscaping, it truly is stunning.

The grand 2-story entry welcomes you into nearly 5,000 sq. ft. of living space offering a living room with a 25 ceiling, stone fireplace and French doors which open to the veranda, a formal dining room, library, a chefs kitchen and media/family room which opens to the courtyard patio. Exterior amenities include numerous patios, terraces, balconies, and courtyards as well as an outdoor fireplace, a terraced swimming pool and spa with custom tile work, a raised vegetable garden and a yoga pavilion.

Stefani and her husband, musician Gavin Rossdale, owned the home from 1998-2007. They currently live in Beverly Hill, and reportedly also have a home in Rossdale’s native London.
