Jodie Foster’s Hollywood Hills Home at Lower Price

Last year Jodie Foster listed her Sunset Strip home in Hollywood Hills for $6.399 million. Now, this 6,000-square-foot Spanish-style home at 9219 Flicker Way in Los Angeles is still on sale but at lowered price of $5.75 million. Foster herself renovated the villa after she purchased it almost 16 years ago. Property records show the star actress purchased it from model Cheryl Tiegs in 1995. The house boasts four bedrooms, four full and two half bathrooms, an office, and an attached guest suite.

The villa features a two-story foyer, a sunken living room, that can convert to a home theater, and rustic elements such as ultra high, exposed ceiling beams. The master suite features a step-up sitting area, a fireplace, walk-in closets, and sauna. Outdoors, property includes a brick-patio courtyard with a swimming pool and high-reaching hedges for privacy. There are views of Century City, a rear-gated driveway and a two-car garage.

The listing is held by David Kramer and Jeffrey Hyland of Hilton & Hyland.
