Kendall Jenner knows a few things about the perfect look, and her new villa at Beverly Hills definitely fits into this whole concept. Supermodel and Reality Star spent $8.55 million on a villa with five bedrooms and six bathrooms, located in a very prestigious part of Beverly Hills, where practically everyone importante once lived – fromDJ Khaled to Christina Aguilera.

Her villa in Spanish style was built in 1991, and it exudes with warmth and privacy because it is safely tucked behind the gates. Guests are welcomed by a sprawling yard with a fountain, surrounded by lush, mature trees and greenery.
In the interior, the divided space plan allows for comfortable, family gathering. Part of this property is an office, a family room, a home theater and a fully equipped kitchen with a large central island. Exterior adorn landscaped lawns and swimming pool with spa section, next to camp fireplace and separate seating areas.
There is also a tennis court and a large playground, which will certainly appreciate her sisters and nuns when come to visit her.
The 6,625-square-foot estate once belonged to Charlie Sheen, who purchased the location in 2012 with ex-wife Brooke Mueller. Since four years ago, Charlie struggled to sell it, but had no luck until 2016, when he got $5,415 million for it.
