This villa with as many as 32 bedrooms, 32 bathrooms and a beautiful garden, is located on a private island and costs about $154 million
“This is the most luxurious list we have in China so far,” said Jim Hao, vice president of the Beijing Sotheby’s International Realty. This villa is sold under the name Taohuayuan, which means Utopia, or literally translated “Peace Blossom Land”.

It is located on a private island on Suzhou’s Dushu Lake, China’s biggest lake and therefore offers a superb view of the surrounding area. Its construction lasted about three years. Xianshanbang Traditional Architectural & Building Skills Company manually made all the bricks use in its construction, while the landscape architecture where it is located are modelled on the Classical Gardens of Suzhou, which have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
