Needless to say how high is interest in everything related to “King of Rock and Roll”! Now, Elvis Presley’s fans have a chance to live like a King – his Beverly Hills home, where he lived with his wife Priscilla, has been put up for sale for $12.9 million! The house was until recently leased out for $25,000 a month.

The 5,367-square-foot French regency-styled home sits on a 1.18 acre property offering panoramic views of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. Stunning four bedroom, five bathroom house was built in 1958. Recently remodeled, the house features a new kitchen, a formal living room with a fireplace, laundry room, a media room, office and a private master suite with a large bathroom. It also boasts a pool and spa, floor-to-ceiling windows and walls of glass in every room. Additionaly, there are an attached guesthouse with bath, large motor court, and four-car carport.

Elvis Presley Enterprises said the singer first rented the house before he and Priscilla bought it in 1967. It was then sold in 1973 after the couple divorced.

Elvis Presley died on August 16, 1977 in the bathroom of his Graceland mansion in Memphis, Tennessee, at the age of 42. The official coroner’s report lists “cardiac arrhythmia” as the cause of Presley’s death, but this was later admitted to be a ruse entered into by the Presley family along with autopsy physicians to cover up the real cause of death, a cocktail of ten prescribed drugs, taken in doses no doctor would prescribe.

This year, to mark the 35th anniversary of his death, more than 75,000 fans held a candle-lit vigil outside the gated complex, where they were joined by Priscilla and daughter Lisa-Marie.
