Golden Rays is a stunning villa complex located in Primosten, Croatia, completed in 2013, and designed by Davor and Zoran Popovic. It is currently for sale for $18.7 million.

The complex with total seven luxury villas and six apartments is a unique resort of this type in Dalmatian region. Each of the seven villas to separate of itself and has a garage for two cars, tree of four bedrooms with bathrooms and a terrace, a kitchen, dining room and a living room with a terrace. It also has a swimming pool that is located partly within the facility itself and partly outside of it. Extra features next to the pool is sauna, a fitness area and area for fun and socializing.

The view from each part of the facility, but especially from the living rooms and bedrooms, looks onto the beautiful bay with peninsula on the right, a small island in the center and an unobstructed view of the sea on the left will not leave people even of the most discriminating taste unmoved.
The architects have devoted particular attention to the position of the complex, which at the same time gives exclusivity to each individual unit thereof, however does not separate them from one another, thus affording a unique and unobstructed view from each of it.

Green roofs on each of the villas create the impression of a garden for the villa behind it. The villas are adapted to the topography- partly dug into the terrain with a green atrium at the rear of the villa, they intertwine modern architecture and Mediterranean ambience in a unique manner.
