Mel Gibson’s property portfolio is as extensive as the list of movies on his IMDB page, with hundreds of millions of dollars tied up in real estate. So, Hollywood actor won’t miss his Costa Rican jungle bungalow which he listed for sale at $29.75million. Magnificent 500 acre estate located on the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Riche property features 11 bedrooms, three hilltop villas, and two miles of white sand beaches.

The villas on Playa Barrigona are nestled on a hilltop overlooking the Pacific. Custom-fitted with native Costa Rican woods and Spanish and Italian tiles, each villa claims a generous layout, including a living room with vaulted ceilings, a full kitchen, and multiple verandahs looking out over jungle and ocean vistas. A private pool, full air conditioning, and barbecue areas complete the amenities at each residence.

The largest of the villas, Casa Guanacaste, encompasses seven bedrooms and eight baths. Each of the two smaller villas feature two bedrooms and are enhanced with additional living spaces (a poolside cottage in Casa Barrigona and a loft in Casa Dorada).
Mel Gibson is willing to let go of the sprawling estate for $29.75million, dropping the price $500,000 from when he previously listed the home in 2014.
