While we are waiting new GLC model, Mercedes has introduced the GLC Coupe concept, SUV-Coupe for four people, at Shanghai Auto show. Mercedes announces that GLC Coupe shown in Shanghai in this form, when it goes on sale, will compete with the BMW X4 model. Mercedes GLC Coupe is therefore based on future GLC model, whereby the serial GLC Coupe, is expected in late 2016 or early 2017.
New GLC Coupe concept launches 3.0-liter V6 biturbo engine with 270 kW / 367Hp and 520 Nm of torque, combined with 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission, and drive is on all four wheels.
We can also expect 1.8 liter four-cylinder turbo gasoline engine, for version GLC 250 Coupe, then 2.1-liter diesel engine for the GLC 250 CDI Coupe, and V6 gasoline for GLC 350 Coupe and 4.0-liter biturbo V8 with 476Hp for sporty AMG variant.
Here it should be noted that the study from Shanghai also announces a new design for future Mercedes SUV models.
