Good old wallpapers are coming back into fashion. But, now thanks to designer duo Maria and Ekaterina Yaschuk this patterns and prints on paper receive deserved glory as they come in a new light. The London based sisters are all set to launch their hi-tech wallpapers with integrated LED lights and Swarovski crystals under their brand Meystyle.
Inspired by the ancient Mayan culture interwoven with modern bold patterns and lighting functionality, this home installation becomes the central part of any room’s ambience.
The glowing wallpapers are hand finished with gold or silver dusting to add to the opulence. The use of Swarovski crystals and gold/silver dust accentuates the impact of the LEDs by catching and reflecting light to make a strong play for attention, that is specialy visible in Nina range. The wallpaper LED has a rated life of 50,000 hours, so it should be good for at least a couple of years, depending on use.
The company has no action of any particular design, so each wallpaper is created specifically for the client. The wallpaper can deliver and assemble one of the interior decorators of choice, or alternatively, the team Meystyle fits her.
