Luxury penthouse that comes with fractional ownership of two Jeff Koons sculptures has been listed on sale for $29,5 million. This luxury duplex apartment is under construction at Oceana Bal Harbour, Cosultatio’s oceanfront development. The penthouse is perched on the top floors of the 28-story building and will have five bedrooms and seven full and one half bathrooms, as well as sauna, exercise area, two dens and a massage room. It will measure roughly 19,320 square feet, of which about 9,370 square feet will be interior living space. Outdoor areas will include a rooftop pool, Jacuzzi tub and entertaining space overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
The all-glass building itself that sits on 5.53 acres on the Atlantic Ocean in the village of Bal Harbour just north of Miami Beach is in the early stages of construction with a projected 2016 completion date.
Consultatio’s founder, art collector Eduardo Costantini, hopes the condominium owners never sell Koons’s large, mirror-polished stainless steel sculptures; the penthouse’s owner would have a 1/240th stake.
