Ten Views of a Fantastic Rock

An ancient Chinese painting from artist Wu Bin sold for 512.9 million yuan ($77 million) at the 15th Anniversary Celebration of Beijing Poly Auction.
The work is titled “Ten Views of a Fantastic Rock ” thus broke the world record sale price for ancient Chinese calligraphies and paintings.

The auction which featured around 8,000 items of Chinese calligraphies, paintings and antiques raised a total price of 1.08 billion yuan during the day’s auction events.
