NaVorro Bowman, the linebacker for the San Francisco 49ers for the 4th season, has just purchased palatial home in San Jose and splashed $3,1 million for it. Nestled in the suburbs of Santa Clara County, Bowman’s new mansion is just 15 minutes south of Levi’s Stadium. Spreading on a half-acre lot, the property include main house and some amenities appropriate for the athletes such as a gated pool and sports court. Built in 1951, but redesigned and remodelled by De Mattei, the nearly 6,000 square feet of living space features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and three fireplaces.
The home opens to a two-story foyer with marble flooring and a wrought-iron stairway. Further along is a sitting room with vaulted ceilings, a comfortable family room with custom finishes, and a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The top floor includes a recreation room with a wet bar and a wooden-panelled office in an isolated corner. The master suite includes a private sitting room, fireplace and spa-like bath. There is also a covered corridor with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace.
