New Digital Ambiguity is Porsche Design’s Spring/Summer 2014 Collection. Inspired by the impact of digital culture on design, pieces in new collection are reinvented fashion brand’s classics with futuristic details. “The pace of modern life and rapid exchange of ideas and information has transformed the perception of the world and how we live in it,” says Thomas Steinbruck, Creative Director Porsche Design. “Hence we compelled to build a look that conforms to this new living space. Structured yet relaxed, constructed and undone. Porsche Design applied the most cutting edge techniques in garment construction to familiar yet forward looking shapes.”
Both collections – Womenswear and Menswear boast minimalistic style with lot of asymmetrical shapes, zippers instead of buttons and reflective strips all grounded in a color palette of white, black and graphite gray.
New Digital Ambiguity is creative fusion of leading sport performance technology and sophisticated, minimalist design and will be available from end of February in the worldwide Porsche Design stores as well as the official online Store.
