There’s a new magnificent and luxury place to stay in Paris – the Seine River. Not a joke! French capitol welcomes its first floating hotel. OFF Seine, 58-room hotel is the first of its kind in France and part of Paris’s ambitious riverside development scheme. Luxury hotel is docked on the Seine in Paris’ 21st arrondissement at the foot of the Gare d’Austerlitz, between Charles de Gaulle Bridge and the Austerlitz viaduct.

A choice destination for an unusual experience, OFF offers 54 rooms, 4 suites, a bar with cocktails and tapas, an interior path, a plunge pool and a marina. Located between the Left and Right banks, the viewpoints offered by the OFF are simply unique: the play of light and the reflections of water change throughout the day.
OFF, with doubles from £140 a night, was designed by the team at floating architecture specialist Seine Design. The hotel is open daily from 5 p.m. – 1 a.m. for cocktails and tapas, so y you don’t have to be a hotel resident to revel on the Seine.
