Opus – Beverly Hills’ Most Expensive Home Priced At $100 Million

Opus

North Hillcrest Road is quietly becoming the hottest street in a town synonymous with wealth — Beverly Hills.
In the hills at the end of North Hillcrest, you’ll find the 20,500-square-foot mansion, called Opus. Built by developer Nile Niami and architect Paul McClean, this $100 million creation comes with a gold Lamborghini Aventador roadster and a gold Rolls-Royce Dawn inside the car museum that has room for a total of 10 vehicles to be displayed.

The seven-bedrooms, eleven-bathrooms home sits on 1 acre that offers jetliner views of Los Angeles from Downtown all the way to the Pacific Ocean. All furnishings and art, including three Damien Hirst works valued at approximately $2 million, are part of the deal, Mr. Niami said. An extraordinary champagne vault with 170 bottles of Cristal Champagne is built inside the abode and included in the sale price .
Not to forget two swimming pools, a 15-person screening room and a wellness center.
Another perk: a full-time house manager, whose salary has been prepaid for two years. The home is being marketed privately, and won’t be going onto the multiple-listing service, according to Mr. Niami. The listing agent is Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland.
