Limited Edition Fendi 24 Carat Gold Python Skin Bag

The most expensive purse ever made by Fendi, the luxury Italian brand, was unveiled at the new store in Las Vegas’ new retail palace, Crystals in the MGM City Center. The Fendi 24K Gold Handbag is made of 24 carat gold python snake skin. I don’t know where one would find a 24 carat gold snake to skin, but it’s probably just snake skin treated with 24 carat gold leaf.

Only limited edition of these bags will be made featuring a gold plaque with the serial number for each piece and carries a price tag of $36,000. Along with the golden version are a limited edition of 20 other bags that don’t have the golden finish but do have a numbered gold logo plate on the inside and each sell for $4,550.

Said to be in excellent condition, this unique lighter measure 4in and is currently available from Pullman Gallery in London for £9,500 ($14,500).

At Tokyo Auto Salon 2010, a Honda Odyssey bedazzled with 70.000 carats of Kyoto Opal was introduced. Kyoto Opal is a new material created using gemstone synthesis technology developed by Kyocera and it is based on the same Quartz grains as natural Opal.

Kyocera’s Kyoto Opal has been combined with Jewel Paint, a new coating technology from Honda Net Nara, a specialist in sheet metal coating and car customization.

The 8GB of on board memory can be expanded to 24GB with the addition of a 16GB microSD card. The mini runs on Symbian S60 OS just like its predecessor Nokia N97.

World-renowned jeweler Lugano Diamonds has come out with a new set of sunglasses designed by Barton Perriera that feature frames inlaid with clear and colored diamonds.

Bentley, in collaboration with Austrian eyewear company Estede, create a line of sunglasses inspired by Bentley’s cars. The sunglasses have been designed in conjunction with Bentley’s design team in Crewe and have knurled temples matching the interior of the cars and curves inspired by the exterior of their cars.
