Papa John’s Founder Is Selling His Two Deer Valley Ski Condos

Papa John’s Founder and CEO just put two Deer Valley, Utah ski condos on the market for a combined $30,5 million, asking $12,5 million for one and $17,9 million for its next door neighbor. John Schannter bought the entire 11th floor of the St. Regis Deer Valley from the developer in 2008, and then separated it into two penthouse units. Deseret News reports that the founder of pizza chain will keep whichever unit doesn’t sell first.

The larger – 6,800+ square foot penthouse features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms and gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances. It offers aggressive stone fireplaces, hand-carved wood furnishings, and some of the most extravagant window treatments this side of the Rocky Mountains. Other ammenties include a fireside hot tub, a wet bar, wine room and a private elevator to a “custom ski prep room.” Outdoors of this exclusive residence has 2,000 sq ft. of living space that includes multiple balconies with incredible panoramic views of Deer Valley and Park City. This unit is listed for $17,9 million, and is the highest ever asking price for a condo in the state of Utah.

The second, smaller unit is unfurnished 5,000 square foot space, so there are no listing pictures. It is listed for $12.5 million

Since the condo is a part of a the St. Regis Deer Valley, prospective owners can look forward to amenities like butler service, a full-service spa, on-site restaurant and being just steps from the Deer Hollow ski run.
